1. Pre-Launch Notice
MediationToday is in pre-launch development. This page is a placeholder. The finalized Terms of Service will be published before public launch and will be reviewed by our ethics counsel for compliance with Florida mediation rules and the rules of any other jurisdictions in which the platform operates.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MediationToday (the "Platform") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
3. Description of Service
MediationToday is a neutral discovery and booking platform for certified mediators. We do not rank, rate, recommend, or take commissions on individual mediation matters. Mediators pay a flat subscription fee. Searchers (attorneys, adjusters, parties) use the Platform free of charge.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it current.
5. Mediator Listings
Mediators listed on the Platform must hold valid certifications from a recognized court or mediation authority in the jurisdictions in which they practice. We reserve the right to verify, suspend, or remove any listing that does not meet our verification standards or that violates these Terms.
6. Neutral Platform Commitment
MediationToday does not promote any individual mediator, accept payment for placement, or display reviews/ratings that could introduce bias. Search results are returned by relevance to your query and availability, not by paid placement.
7. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MediationToday is not a party to any mediation engagement and does not provide legal advice. Mediators are independent professionals; their conduct, fees, and services are governed by their own professional rules and contracts with parties.
