1. Pre-Launch Notice

MediationToday is in pre-launch development. This page is a placeholder. The finalized Privacy Policy will be published before public launch.

2. Information We Collect

Account information. Name, email address, role (mediator or searcher), and authentication credentials.

Mediator profile data. Bio, credentials, case-type focus, photo, and any other information you choose to publish on your profile.

Booking data. Searcher email, requested date, case type, and free-text case description provided during booking requests.

Usage data. Search queries, IP address (hashed), and session-level analytics.

3. How We Use Information

To operate the Platform, deliver bookings to mediators, send transactional email, improve search relevance, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Information Sharing

We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the Platform (e.g., hosting, transactional email, payment processing) and as required by law. We do not sell personal information.

5. Data Retention

Account and profile information is retained while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. Booking records are retained for 7 years to comply with mediator record-keeping obligations.

6. Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+). Sensitive credentials at rest are encrypted with AES-256. Access is restricted to authorized personnel.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@mediationtoday.com.
